Frequently Asked Questions
Booking and Cancellation Policy
for Podcast Recording Service
Booking: You will need to contact us to reserve the date for your podcast recording.
Reservation Confirmation: Once we confirm the availability of the date and time, we will require your billing information to issue the invoice to secure your booking in our calendar.
Payment Terms: The reservation will only be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the invoice amount in advance, or 100% if preferred. The remaining 50% must be paid after the recording, and always before starting the editing process or delivery of the files.
Payment Method: Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account indicated at the bottom of the invoice.
DATE/TIME CHANGES: Any changes to the date or time made at least 7 calendar days in advance will be free of charge for the client. Outside of this period, a penalty of 50€ + VAT will be applied for each hour of studio time booked, or 30€ + VAT if the time is less than one hour.
CANCELLATIONS: Canceling a booking at least 14 calendar days before the recording date will incur no cost to the client. After this period, you may choose to reschedule, applying the penalties mentioned in the previous paragraph, or cancel the recording, which will result in the loss of the amount already paid in advance.
