Even if they are amateurs or music lovers with no previous experience, don’t worry. We are professional producers, and we will know how to get the most out of their voices.
The only important things are a passion for music and a desire to have fun. We will do the rest to make their dreams come true and make them feel like stars for a day.
Starting at 110€, you can give them an audio-only recording. But if you are looking for a more unforgettable experience, you can give them a video recording that they will remember for a lifetime!

What does the experience consist of?
Koala Studios offers vouchers for either audio-only recordings or recordings with video to make the experience even more unforgettable. Here are the services included in each type of gift voucher.
Audio-Only Gift Voucher
The total duration of the experience is between 60 and 75 minutes.
The singer will have 45 minutes to record the audio.
After the recording, we will process the voice, mix it with the music, and master the track. This process will take about 15-30 minutes.
You will take your finished song with you at the end of the experience, which you can post on your social media networks or upload to Spotify.
Video Gift Voucher
The total duration of the experience is between 90 and 120 minutes.
The singer will have 45 minutes to record the audio.
After the recording, we will process the voice, mix it with the music, and master the track. This process will take about 15-30 minutes.
Then, with the audio already mastered, we will record the video. We will record several takes with different shots and angles.
At the end, we will take some photos as a souvenir before concluding the experience.
We will then edit the video, and within a maximum of five days, we will send you the finished song.

How does it work?

Choose and purchase the type of voucher you want to give through PayPal. Once paid, you will receive the purchase notification to the email address you specify. From that moment, you can send your loved one the voucher that you can download from our website or inform them yourself.

Booking
Your loved one will have 6 months to contact us by phone or email to reserve the day of the recording. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00.

Enjoy
Choose and purchase the type of voucher you want to give through PayPal. Once paid, you will receive the purchase notification to the specified email address. From that moment, you can send your loved one the voucher you can download from our website or tell them yourself.

Yes, even with short recording times and quick mixing and mastering, our experience and equipment ensure high professional quality.
At the end of the session, you will be able to upload the audio to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music or post the video on YouTube, Vimeo, or your chosen website.
What can I do if I need the video for social networks?
There are various software tools to chop up videos into smaller pieces for Instagram, TikTok, or other social networks. If you don’t have access to them, we can help you.
If your voucher includes a video, we can edit it for only 10€ per reel in 9:16 format, creating a short piece of up to 90 seconds for social media.
Can more than one person record?
The voucher allows one person to sing over a musical track or with their own instrument.
However, more people can record for an extra cost: 30€ per person for audio-only vouchers and 50€ per person for video vouchers.
If needed, please contact us to issue a new voucher covering the extra cost.
Can instruments be recorded? How many?
You can record with your instrument, as long as it’s not a multi-instrument like a drum or percussion set.
Recording more than one instrument will incur an extra cost: 20€ per instrument for audio vouchers and 30€ per instrument for video vouchers.
Do I need the instrumental version, or can you help me get it?
Yes, you need to obtain the music and send it to the studio in MP3 or WAV format before coming in to record. Be sure to rehearse well to make the recording smoother.
If the song is famous, you can likely find the instrumental or Karaoke version online.
If not, we can produce the instrumental, make arrangements, or even compose custom music based on your ideas.
Is it possible to add the video service to the Professional Gift Voucher?
Yes, it is possible to add the video recording package to the Professional Gift Voucher and have the best of both worlds.
The extra cost would be 240€ + VAT. So the total would be 460€, including all the features of the Professional Gift Voucher, plus the video recording and a small photo session at the end of the recording.
Do you make beats?
Yes, we create beats and have worked with many artists who use them instead of full musical arrangements.

When can I record?
The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Is it possible to record on weekends?
The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, we can make exceptions and arrange weekend recording sessions with a corresponding price increase. Please contact us for further details.
Can my loved ones attend the recording?
Yes, they are welcome to attend as long as they are allowed.
The control room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in addition to the engineer.
What is the delivery time?
The audio recording is delivered at the end of the session. For video recordings, the finished product will be delivered within a maximum of 5 days.
What is the delivery format?
Audio files are delivered in Wav 48 Khz 24-bit format, but we can also export them to .mp3 or .aiff if needed.
Video files are usually delivered in .mp4 format but can also be exported to .mov or any other format required.
How is the delivery done?
We will send you an email with a download link to our personal Dropbox.
You don’t need to register. Simply click to download it to your computer, or copy it to send to your loved one.
How can I download the voucher, and can it be personalized?
